I am kind of both. There are some days where I can get up extremely energetic in the morning and some days where I just dont want to get out of bed. I'm not a morning person. I get up @ 6:45 for school, but don't get to school til 7:45. Usually on the weekends, I'll sleep til 11:00. I don't eat brakfast @ school b/c I feel like sometimes I can't eat lunchroom food. But other than that, I'm good.

I think it is a big deal to eat breakfast,but saying that,even I don't always eat breakfast. It can have an effect on your weight. I think its mostly because if you skip breakfast, you're going to want to eat a whole lot to make up for the missed meal. Other than your weight it can have an effect on a lot of other aspects of your daily life, so skipping breakfast isn't a good thing
